These are the COVID-19 specific terms and conditions designed for your safety and the safety of those with and around you, and are meant to cover COVID-19 specific considerations. They are meant to be read in addition to our regular terms and conditions.

By joining any of our activities including but not limited to our lunch food tour, dinner food tour or private food tour you agree to the following terms:

Special Rules & Precautions

You hereby agree to follow all laws, rules, regulations, guidelines or Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) set forth by the government of Malaysia, governing bodies, health authorities, employees of Heritage on a Plate PLT or any of their appointed officers or representatives thereof pertaining to the safeguarding of public health against COVID-19. Failure to do so will result in the termination of the activity (food tour) and loss of your deposit or payment. Any legal, criminal or civil action incurred as a result of failure to comply with the above is solely your responsibility. You agree to hold Heritage on a Plate PLT blameless in such an event.

Travel Declaration & COVID-19 Status

You hereby declare that you are, to the best of your knowledge, free from COVID-19 infection and are not experiencing any symptoms consistent with COVID-19 infection such as fever, dry cough or persistent sneezing.

You hereby declare that you have not traveled to or arrived from an active COVID-19 infection zone, as defined by the Ministry of Health and Government of Malaysia, within the last 14-days of your activity date with Heritage on a Plate PLT.

You agree to hold blameless Heritage on a Plate PLT and all of its employees and representatives in the unlikely event that you, or any guests during the above mentioned activities, test positive for COVID-19 or exhibit symptoms consistent with infection within 14 days of the date of your activity.

Safety & Hygiene

Heritage on a Plate PLT reserves the right to deny entry or participation to any guests who exhibit physical symptoms consistent with COVID-19 such as, but not limited to: physical temperature of 100F (37.8C) or above, coughing, sneezing, or any one, or any combination thereof. In such an event, guests will be offered a rescheduled activity one week (7 days) from the booking date.

If such symptoms as stated above are not evident during the beginning of the activity, but become apparent later, the host or employee of Heritage on a Plate PLT reserves the right to end the activity. In such an event, guests will be offered a pro-rated refund at the discretion of the host.
